Pros

401k match, some remote work flexibility depending on role

Cons

Managers are not familiar with the range of expectations their clients demand of technicians and do not provide training or resources to meet those expectations. Technicians in need of support are not provided with it.

Pros

-The social environment as well as opportunity to connect with other colleagues is supportive and focuses on team effort -Retirement plans are given to any level of employee, and provide many options for investment (after a certain number of hours worked) -Technical skills not needed for job initially; interviews focuses on attitude towards client service and asks you to draw on specific experiences

Cons

-Disconnect between teams; specifically between those who work at the Service Desk taking calls and those who work on the On-Site team providing service to clients -Major growth expected, but upper management is not considering team resources to handle said growth -No raises in the time I have worked there

Pros

I am fortunate to work at Awecomm and continue to grow and learn new technology everyday. We have a positive culture and open communication with all Team Members. We provide employee gamification (CrewHu) internally and externally with NPS/CTS ratings. Being able to earn rewards to cash out like gift cards, PTO days and Awecomm Swag. We provide many amenities onsite: coffee, snacks, pop, Bevi (water) and even have a fitness center and golf simulator in our current PNC building. Our Team Members are continually working on streamlining process and be coming LEAN in our processes.

Cons

Currently, I have not Cons about working at Awecomm.
