Used to be obsessed with working here, and now considering a career elsewhere.
Pros
- I REALLY love the people I work with for the most part. Everyone is genuinely friendly, and I've never felt anything negative towards this company until this year. - They will pay for your expenses to go to one company outing a year, which are always a lot of fun. - If you have a personal emergency, your team members will come to your aide to help with emails, call clients, and make sure you don't drown with work when you get back.
Cons
- No room for advancement, and will continue to be strung along when you want a promotion. The only way to advance is to be friends with someone in management already, or be friends with the owner. - They are actually taking away management positions instead of creating new ones. They made managers start taking on multiple locations instead of one manager per location like it used to be, and they aren't replacing positions of coaches who have left. - The pay is terrible. Expect to make at least $5 an hour less than industry standard. - If you work on the remote team, they will overwork you for less pay. If you work in a physical location, you will make $2 an hour more than the virtual team and see less clients/have less responsibilities.
