      Startups are tough

      Pros

      Flexible work schedule - work from where you want, when you want...Limited meetings, limited email...And you get to work on some cool audio products and see them selling not long after.

      Cons

      Limited personal growth...Limited raises...It's a startup, and opportunity is clustered among a very small group of people. That's just how things work - that's no different than other startups I've worked at in semiconductors.

      Pros

      The engineering team is hands down the absolute best I've ever worked with. For a team of their size, they have managed to build some incredibly cutting edge technologies. The average employee has years and years of experience. They've managed to find their way into an increasingly large share of the top audio brands.

      Cons

      It's not for everyone, as one might guess from some of the reviews. The problems they're solving are challenging, and the standards are high.
