exposure to different technical topics working closely with international teams opportunities to short term travel to Europe and the US (before covid19)

service or contractor company so you have 2 managers (external and internal) also you accept anything from the customer to keep the contract, the customer adds pressure, escalations, unrealistic requests recently the management adds more policies and limitations, less flexibility no trianings
