      It WAS a good company until taken over by nepotism

      Pros

      Fair pay, and still have good and intelligent employees in the company. Relatively transparent culture - put the majority of things on the table for discussion, but no concrete actions were taken.

      Cons

      Management could make bad moves that resulted in RIFs. And pls stop making promises the first day after RIF pls. Nepotism, and favoritism exist from up to down in some departments. People team is caring but those who made decisions are not - I've seen people be moved from team to team without asking their own interests and intensions. And some departments give no f to your work life balance. Random msg pops up very late in the night. People team told them to SCHEDULE MSG, but those guys never did

      -Subsidized lunch and good snacks

      Cons

      -CEO lacks interpersonal skills and blames everyone else for failures under his leadership. He refuses to take any accountability for layoffs and company underperformance -Leadership is super fratty and if you are not in the "cool club", you will not be promoted -Product development is nonexistent -Leadership has failed to deliver on all strategic objectives for past two years -Three rounds of layoffs in last 18 months resulting in 50%+ of company being let go
