      Pros

      Pay is fairly nice and it's possible to keep work-life balance.

      Cons

      You'll be reporting to a VP of Engineering with 0 years in engineering, 0 education/certificates. Processes are not optimised and transparent. Secrets, nepotism, talks behind your back.

      Pros

      - You would learn alot. - A lot of challenging tasks and you would constantly develop "I gotta figure this out" - Management is caring - You'd learn Diplomacy (I'm not kidding] This place teaches you how to be diplomatic

      Cons

      - Management needs to know that not everyone who is hired would love to move to Philly to work on an office space that's 50 miles remote just to meet on Mondays everyweek. - Diversity is a joke - No question of PTOs - if you take a day off - you're expected to delve into a heavy load of work. - Subtle racism and Micro-aggression could be faced. - You're just a number there.
