Pros

1. On time salary 2. Thats it

Cons

1. The CEO is a madman who thinks he is Elon Musk. Makes random statements and flip flops more than a politician 2.There is no structure - one week they will say one thing, the other week its totally different 3. People are fired for no reason for the slightest of reasons AND the founder will make fun of you behind your back after firing you, in a public forum - I have personally seen this. 4. There is no room for personal development or growth as the entire company exists just to make the founder rich 5. Forget about flexibility, They have hired absolute bozos at the position of VPs who would be better off being goons in the hinterlands of India 6. The senior management completely operates on their perception of someone (which is okay until a certain point) but you will be NOT given the chance to explain your point of view. 7. There is no HR. The founder does not "believe in HR" 8. Within 5 months of hiring senior level (department heads -4 out of 5 were either fired or they quit). You cant call all of them bad, as even if they were all wrong hires - whose fault is it? Experienced people especially should not be anywhere near this place. 9. Please avoid. There are better workplaces - even if it takes a while to find them out

Pros

A few smart people that you can learn a lot from. You get to work in a ad-hoc, haphazard, and run down environment. After this job, you can survive anywhere. If you're starting your career this place will act as a reality check to do more research before joining any company. If you've more than 3 or more years of work experience, be prepared to be fired without any notice, compensation and respect. This company has a three months notice. This is one of the major reason why your colleagues won't leave before you. During the interview everyone will be very nice. You'll unfortunately learn after joining All that Glitters is not Gold.

Cons

These points should be thought over with utmost seriousness >If you're pregnant do not inform the company and start looking for a another job. They will find out and let you go on some flimsy grounds. >If you're junior or senior, they will without any distinction let you go if you have a spine and call out the doublestandards >The product is weak and the entire company is operating on fumes >Normal working hours is 12-14 hours. Saturday and Sunday included twice a month. >The company operates on the founders and few senior employees ego. If you fall on the wrong side of any of them you will face the music for no fault of yours >If you're an existing employee look out for something better before its your turn to face this trauma >If you're interviewing with this company, accept the offer and look for something better. >If you've family responsibilities please avoid joining this company.

Pros

There are a few pros: 1. You get a salary on time. 2. If you go to the office, there are snacks available. 3. Hybrid and remote work is allowed for some teams, so it depends on which role you're joining. 4. Vacation policy is flexible, depending on how you fulfill your responsibilities.

Cons

Zero work-life balance and ethics. While the liberty in working ways and holidays are there, one person makes the environment toxic. They behave like they own everything, command you over areas where they have zero expertise, and leave no chance to make you feel little and discouraged. There's no chance of growing in your role because you will not get enough time to prove yourself. This is why employees join and leave the company within a few months. If you're joining the marketing team, be aware of dealing with a toxic work culture.
