Professional but lively culture, lack of micromanaging, ability to work in a method that works for your style (within reason), Lots of travel.
Cons
Seeking Raises is frowned upon to outwardly punished, No empathy from C-level officers. Lots of travel.

Pros
Independence, self employment, get to know places and people, every trip is different, no monotony.
Cons
Low pay ( minimum wage) not a steady job, on iterstate trips you have to pay your way back home, poor management, favoritism, poor training, non CDL drivers are required to fo an online CDL truck driver recurrent training course every quarter, ridiculous.
