The students are amazing and fun to work with.
Cons
Complete chaos in management. People change their mind all the time, caseloads change, constant turnover. There's a reason the BCBAs have all left.

The kids you get to work with are the best part of this job. The BCBAs were l really helpful and I was able to learn a lot from them.
Cons
Communication from some of the staff was challenging to deal with.
