The company has been in a transitional period for the last 18 months building a new platform, while improving it's legacy offering and has achieved some impressive stats around accuracy and speed. Impressive roster of clients with low attrition.

Cons

Challenging regulatory environment and enterprise offering make it hard to obtain new clients, quickly.

Racism, sexism, ableism There is a reason every time they lay people off or someone leaves for the awful environment it is often a minority and the company has become more and more homogeneous as time has gone on.
