Nice being able to work from anywhere. Everyone was friendly and "supportive".

Cons

Had very good numbers in a bad territory. Something happened that was entirely out of my control. Due to this unfortunate mistake on managements side I was let go, even though I was exceeding targets.

Pros

Management is pretty hands-off as long as you are hitting your numbers and setting decent meetings. Hitting quota is pretty achievable. Most of the AEs are reasonable. Fully remote, unlimited PTO, and very flexible schedule.

Cons

Territory switches multiple times a year. Kind of makes it hard to get into a groove at times. The quality of meetings is very subjective and hard to advocate for yourself if you disagree with an AEs rating of a set meeting.
