Pros

The staff at store level and within HO teams are brilliant, friendly and loyal which is surprising considering the poor pay, conditions and high demands and expectations from senior management and directors.

Cons

The people at the top have little or no care or regard for their employees and adopt a bully boy attitude, making demands on the staff that are unreasonable and creating fictional disciplinary actions to force any non compliant or anyone with an opinion out of the business. The CEO is a disgrace and a bully. I recall one occasion when on the day the company was announcing redundancies at store level he arrived to work in a bran new Bentley! The board are all acting to line their own pockets rather than for the good of the business and refuse to listen to suggestions or advice from subordinates. Middle management is of poor quality with little retail experience and success or promotion is gained by being a yes person. Very little chance of development or promotion, training is archaic with very little reward for hard work. The brand has been devalued by constant cut backs on quality and price increases and a non stop culture of offers, sales and promotions. What was once a premium brand is now akin to the failed store group "Suits You"

Pros

Only pro is the staff that I worked with were all very nice and friendly

Cons

Literally everything else.... Management and head office have no idea what they are doing! Make simple things 10x more complex and are too stubborn and set in their ways (which is why the company is going under)

Pros

nice customers (at times) having a good relationship with staff and other managers. ( to the other reviews, communication is key) thats about it.

Cons

i found that with all my experience within the retail sector and management, this company has to be the poorest, no room for growth, nor progression unless our willing to relocate for them, only 2 area managers have actually been of any help, the rest just chastise you for things that are out of your control, bully you into leaving, or are just out right harsh to staff for no reason what so ever. The big cat at the top has no interest in the company, only the money, refusing pay rises and buying 2 Bentleys. customer services are an absolute joke, i have had more customers complain about how unprofessional CS is than people come in with refunds..
