      Sink or swim environment. High turn over rate. Minimal job security, even for software engineers.

      Pros

      Parking close to the building is cool when it's cold outside. No vending machines or junk food. No snacks are provided. If you're a stress eater it can be good...or bad, depending on your fitness goals.

      Cons

      Outdated technology doesn't lend itself to resume building. Hard to stay current working on legacy systems. Java...a microcosm of a macrocasm. Also...waterfall that is called Agile is still waterfall, IMO.

      Pros

      Some flex hours, can work from home if needed. Jeans on Friday, some free luncheons Some nice coworkers There's really not much I can say here unfortunately

      Cons

      Too many to list! Upper management turns a blind eye to problems! Not enough training Pay not good for all that's expected Turnover is very high

      Pros

      Hires whoever comes through the door from drop out high school student to master of engineering.

      Cons

      This is a free for all company. everyone saving their own back from getting laid off. typical one gets rich on the back of employee. Benefits = 0, Job security =0, They literally ask you to stay over time for the bank hour which they will never pay for.
