If your hired, you will ALWAYS have an axe hanging over your head. This company has let entire departments go with no warning, only to many times outsource those jobs. They "rebranded" as Aureon, but it's just lipstick on a pig at this point. Trying in vain to combine the companies they keep buying. The last 5 years of employment there, I watch expert after expert with years to decades of experience leave, disgusted at what this company had become. Positive reviews here seem to be all management, and most negative reviews are from employees that had almost a decade or decades of experience. Management would lead you to believe that these experts just couldn't make the change, and that it was all the employees fault, but after the huge number of attritions., surely no one is buying that anymore. As for this expert, I finally left too, and leaving was the best thing I've ever did for my career.
