Overall good company to start a medical device sales career

Pros
The company is great to start. It gives you an idea of what to expect from a Medical Device Career. They do not micro manage so if your good at managing your time than this is a job for you.
Cons
Highly un-organized and very low pay. The inside office is very un organized and they can hinder your sales with there apathy. The company does not belieave in paying you. The device only cost $70 bucks to make but you charge $500 and dont really see a lot of that extra money. They are cheap. I belieave people would stay longer in the company if they paid more money.
