-Actually listens and cares for employees -Projects are pretty cool - Artist growth encouraged and supported - People are great -WFH supported -Nice benefit package -communication between levels of staff seem excellent

Cons

Sometimes artists are not included in client calls which leads to games of telephone. Some projects are underbid and can squeeze artists and cause stress Concept artists sometimes start wearing technical hats or other roles in production instead of being solely a concept artist. (happens sometimes not constantly.) Risk of layoffs now a reality
