Leadership are mostly friends that look out for each other this is a place if you know someone you'll get ahead and if you don't be patient for many years. They don't offer any cross training at all so they stick you on a machine and that's it you there for a long time. 2nd shift supervisor was more concerned looking at his phone and taking multiple smoke breaks then helping staff.
