      Pros

      They will not part ways with an employee without a huge amount of issues brought up. Multiple locations.

      Cons

      No value placed on work/life balance. Management doesn't seem to care about the team even a little. Everyone seems mad all the time.

      Working for this company is the absolute worst.

      Cons

      A lot of the employees have been here for 20+ years and are "stuck" due to not have transferrable skills or because they can't really get a job anywhere else except the moving industry. There is no HR department. One of my family members works at this company and complains to me that she is forced to work sometimes 12-14 hours days repeatedly and doesn't get overtime. There is basically no holiday pay or benefits whatsoever.
