Not an ideal place to work

Pros

- People : indeed the best asset of the company. Often great team spirit, and a lot of support. You can build true friendships. However, most of the times you'll complain with your colleagues about the toxicity of the job. - Benefits fairly good, especially the flexible WFH - Bonus can be pretty good, but hard to achieve : you need to work over hours to get it, there's no other way round. - Most of the people who stay either have a big ego and strong connections inside, or have no other choice, or stay for other reasons (hardly because they like the job) .

Cons

- Upper management doesn't care if employees and top performers struggle to meet their irrealistic targets. As long as you perform, they'll squeeze you as much as they can. If you're not a good performer, good luck. You'll have a hard time and eventually leave, as the work environment makes you feel wrong. Also, they are trying to restructure and improve the company and work conditions, but in a very confused way. The difficulties are real and tangible and you may feel lost. - There are many others, I saw a lot of sad/disappointing things happening around me in my experience there. I'll just recommend: work here only for a while, if it's necessary for other reasons in your life (ie you need money) , and if you are very money oriented. Otherwise, you'll end up very frustrated. Seems like it's a place for everyone, especially during the interview process, but it's not (I hope now they make clear that it's a pure sales, performance oriented job). Extra tip: don't ignore all the negative reviews and red flags here. They are real and also coming from employees who are/have been very successful at the job.
