- Upper management doesn't care if employees and top performers struggle to meet their irrealistic targets. As long as you perform, they'll squeeze you as much as they can. If you're not a good performer, good luck. You'll have a hard time and eventually leave, as the work environment makes you feel wrong.
Also, they are trying to restructure and improve the company and work conditions, but in a very confused way. The difficulties are real and tangible and you may feel lost.

I'll just recommend: work here only for a while, if it's necessary for other reasons in your life (ie you need money) , and if you are very money oriented. Otherwise, you'll end up very frustrated. Seems like it's a place for everyone, especially during the interview process, but it's not (I hope now they make clear that it's a pure sales, performance oriented job).
Extra tip: don't ignore all the negative reviews and red flags here. They are real and also coming from employees who are/have been very successful at the job.
