- If you have other offers, strongly consider them. If you have to take this job offer, please read the advisories below.
- Benefits are bottom of the barrel (high deductibles, the lowest tier plan, etc)
- Verbal abuse, get used to it at this company. The company is really small. Stay out of the CEO's way if you can help it and your time here will go by faster. This was the most difficult thing to endure, and really damages your confidence and spirit if you stay for too long, the other employees are great it's the CEO you have to watch out for.
- Watch out for the lies and false promises (bonuses don't exist, but they'll promise based on performance).
- It is a small company but I've seen some crazy things go down there, things I can't disclose on a public forum.
- It is a startup company, future is uncertain
- Everyone who works here is new in their career path and mostly high school graduates. I assume that is why most felt like they had to take this abuse and that it was normal in corporate America, but WOW that was a dark start to my career and embarrassing to talk about. I now work for a bigger sales company in Los Angeles and am treated with a lot of respect for my skills and abilities. This was a really weird adjustment coming from a place like Assured Performance, but I can't tell you how big of a difference a good company makes in your life. It depresses me to think of my time here and wish I had left sooner but on the bright side it makes me truly grateful for the company I work for now.
- Just look at all the bad reviews online about this company, the ratings can't get any lower. Most companies at least get a few stars, might want to consider anything else, anything at all but this place...
