Pros

Great people Solid product, though lack of innovation and testing - makes customer life really complicated. Solid customer base. Great company parties / corporate events.

Cons

Poor mid & high level management decisions on a day to day basis ... No salary recalculation based on inflation at least in the Netherlands High performers are not rewarded. Good people that worked for years are leaving the company ...

- Bullish and incompetent CTO - many key people left because of the over-controlling bullish behaviour of the CTO - toxic environment characterized by a lot of friction and misunderstandings between Product Management and Engineering led by the CTO

Flexible workingschedule, working from home is possible, good office location

The owner micromanages all aspects of the company. His motto is: “it is my way or the highway” Local management in the Netherlands is weak and has no authority and authorization to make decisions. no visionaries on technology side, high spend on marketing and hype, but no R&D is done. As a result that the product suffers. No QA departmant, but the tecgnical services director is promises for already five years that the company is working on improving the quality, this is absolutely not true. The company is managed by fear, a very unpleased culture
