Operates more like a contractor placement firm, I won't recommend employees to accept their analyst position, it is a trick to keep you working for them, they know that with an engineer title, you can easily change employer later. In my experience, employees are often assigned to other companies and expected to work independently with limited internal support or engagement. The organization has a very flat structure, with few or none visible opportunities for career growth or advancement. Training and professional development are not existent, which makes it difficult to see a clear long-term path within the company. Compensation is another area where the company could improve, as pay feels below market for the level of responsibility expected.
