Micro-management, no clear career progression

Employees received their contract 4+ months after their starting date. Pension information 3+ after *(backdated but still not to the correct date) 3% pension Low salary, no bonus, no benefits (except gym contribution and some private insurance) No induction No clear direction. No progression, career development Working from the office 5 days a week. Management doesn't trust employees to work from home or hybrid. They will prefer for you to stay in the office with no internet connection rather than working from home.
