      An environment where you will be held to deliver all the promises you made at the interview. You have to hit the ground running. Employees are have a Good relationship. For you to work here that means you read the contract before signing and have agreed to the Ts &Cs

      - Working at Ash Nelson, you would meet amazing and smart team members - There is an open door policy for all employees - Sheila Ash Nelson cares about her employees, she easy to approach and is willing to listen. - She makes everyones input a meaningful contribution - I would say work - life balance is moderate
