Pros

Insurance starts on the first of the month after your hire date. Company will match up to four percent on 401k, immediate vesting. You'll have great coworkers.

Cons

Upper management is terrible. You won't be trained to do your job. You will not be accommodated, even if it is legally required. They will not process your leave correctly, issue your pay on time, or answer your inquiries about things that are relevant to your life. They more than likely lied to you about your job to get you in the door - and you'll find that out almost immediately, but by that time - you've already been onboarded - poorly. Employees are sad, and scared. They threaten employees who speak of unionizing with termination. They promise promotions and pay raises they don't give. They permit managers to be abusive to their staff.
