Pros
The Management team is made up of the owners themselves and they actually seem to care not only about the daily work output but about the employees as well. They actually, created and performed the work duties so they are excellent sources for training and education. Most of the staff was very friendly and helpful.While, I had a great time working there I will note to CYA, some of my words got twisted when repeated but, I would work there again. First, and only place I ever worked where the owners actually made personal sacrifices to provide benefits to the employees. While, they do strive for excellence it sometimes "seemed" that it was selective,
Cons
CMO is the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL I have ever worked with! ALL doctors on contract so it was hard to get intouch with them, though once you did most were great to work with most of the time. I have worked with providers before, since and currently and have yet to have the problems I have a "few" of the doctors. Pay was not great, benefits were good, but the work environment made up for this. I guess you have it everywhere but, some of the employeess could be a little catty and snitchy.
