Pros

nothing I can think of.

Cons

Micromanagement, no facilities, very small startup, promises a good position but give you meager work, One hall company, HR keeps an eye on every movement, Over involving HR, kind of spy. The moment its sure that you will start working for them their tone of even talking changes. Too much of pride in co-founders, one would never feel to be a part of company. They just fire people because they cant sustain findings. One fine day HR will come and say sorry we can not sustain your funding you can search other job. Not good if you have family and responsibility. Wont get salary on time. Narcissistic, show off, just with few achievements. Nepotism, mostly all the people in company has there family member involved, all of them name themselves as directors and co-founder, and they just brag about their families' quality. So basically company has all those people and few workers from outside. There is exactly same one more company, don't know who has stolen ideas from whom.

If you cant work and contribute positively and come with fake claims about your experience and knowledge and when real projects are given if you cant deliver then your fake resume and interview clearing skills will only take you so far in your career. do not apply for start ups if you cant deliver. Fake interview and average skill can only work in large companies where you are just a drop of water in ocean. Everyone takes pride in their work and if you cant then you didn't contribute or doesn't have the talent or are very lazy. God save the company you join next.

Pros

A great feeling that you are working for some great cause(which will last only for a few days). You might get good work but chances are very low that you will be able to finish it properly.

Cons

The worst workplace you can ever find, no Future plan, no goals, no revenue, no business plan, no funding. Top management is good at only one thing, Micromanagement. They Don't trust any employee and treat them as slaves who will just follow orders from some self-claimed AI Experts. very toxic culture, no one looks serious in the company including co-founders who will come to the office just to micromanage and demotivate people that's it, their only job is to give false promises, and spread negativity in the office. All the great people have already left the company and whoever is stuck will leave very soon, it is a sinking boat don't even think to join this. No WFH(Reason for this- what if someone will steal your laptop, A 3rd class laptop, wow), different policies for a different set of people, office environment looks like a circus. My prediction - This company will shut down within a year.
