None whatsoever i have seen in my tenure of 1 year.

Cons

The organisation operates on internal politics rather than principles. Founder leadership shows repeated spinelessness. Difficult conversations are avoided and accountability is displaced. Decisions are shaped through silence, delay, and backchannel manoeuvring. Senior leadership becomes passive aggressive once personal alignment shifts. Performance matters less than proximity to power. Dissent is quietly punished. Psychological safety does not exist. Culture rewards compliance, not competence.
