No work/life balance, working often on days off and overtime, no compensation for that, lower than average salary & not commensurate with skills, very feeble, unprofessional management, few vacation days and holidays, incompetent and meager HR protocols, unreasonable demands in a flailing industry across the board, no appreciation for hard work, not a stable environment due to the inadequate, non supportive management.

Artegan joins a long line of senior living companies whose purpose is to see how much market share they can acquire without regard to how it affects their employees or residents. The benefits were poor, HR is farmed out to a third party, owners don't listen to management. It's all about the bottom line.
