Pros
Great Product, Teams in other states are great.
Cons
What initially felt like a great opportunity quickly changed direction. I soon found myself in a situation where support, leadership, and psychological safety were lacking. Out of concern and confusion, I connected with a few former employees. Their stories mirrored mine—unspoken struggles, similar experiences of toxic dynamics, and a shared sense that their voices hadn’t been heard. Without a formal HR structure, concerns felt like they disappeared into the void. I began to doubt my self-worth and questioned the culture that allowed this to persist. I raised my concerns and was told the matter would be looked into, but there was no follow-up, no resolution, and no attempt to understand my experience. Instead, I felt blamed and isolated. Since then, I’ve spoken to others who shared similar experiences. It’s heartbreaking, but also affirming—we weren’t alone. I’m proud that I chose to speak up. I may have lost a job, but I found my voice. My boundaries and mental health matter more than staying silent in a culture that didn’t support me and others. This is my experience. My story. I share it in the hope that others trust their gut and stand up when something doesn’t feel right.
