They fired me saying my performance was issue. The real issue is ceo . He did not like me that's why he fired me. He is arrogance don't respect employee and doesn't hear them too. He thinks he knows everything and the project managers dont say anything to them. He thinks there is nothing apart from work and made me do overtime always Unless the management is going to do something the office environment would not change. They demotivate the employees all the time. The company policies are also not good.
