Pros

Takes care of their employees. Most work is commission based with a $18/hr base pay when not on commission and it pays a good percentage of total service price. Also get new start commission bonus for new starts and a percentage of any sales you make. Great money making opportunity.

Cons

You’re killing bugs all day.

Company vehicle, gas card, possible tips.

Cons

Limited accountability, poor incentives, poor administration teams, logistics are a nightmare, undersold jobs result in lower commissions without compensation. Overbooked scheduling sets unrealistic expectations that you as a service professional are expected to make up for. No overtime. Expected to be on call on rotating weekly schedule without guaranteed commission work. Drive time is not paid, only paid based on time at locations. No lunch break provided but still docked from payroll regardless.
