Pros
This used to be a great company to work for. Before they moved to the Tech Center it was a strong all-inclusive family-type culture but it quickly deteriorated as they attempted to grow into some corporate monster. Leadership is generally nice but clueless when it comes to software development.
Cons
Senior leadership has no vision or leadership skills. They went through multiple executives in the time I was there, and none of them knew what they were doing. Mid-level management is too nice in some ways and too harsh in others. Very inexperienced. Pay is not competitive. I switched jobs and doubled my starting salary within 2 yrs. A number of other former employees I have talked to had similar experiences. Very amateur shop.
