      Pros

      You get to work with some amazing people (your clients) doing important work.

      Cons

      The management doesn’t seem to have a good hold on scheduling. There are gaps in care for clients, inadequate training for clients with higher support needs. I got a call asking if I wanted to work a shift a YEAR after I quit. I wish they would do better for the sake of the clients.
