Pros

None at all this company is horrible

Cons

Mandatory 6 day work week, and they can call you in on your only day off & can not get overtime. They transfer you to stores that are far from where you live.People from Denton who knows nothing about sales or store calls and harass employees in the store. You have to consistently reply to emails and blogs and if you don't you get yelled at. The pay is below average for the industry, they want you to dedicate your life to the company so you can't get a 2nd job without being threatened, even if it is not interfering with the position. Benefits are ridiculous in price for what they are paying their front line. This company requires you to be full time but work less than 40 hour. They make you get on conference calls and you don't get paid for it sometimes you have to drive to Denton for meetings and you don't get reimbursement for mileage and tolls. The. Company is a revolving door and they don't care. The employees leave and when they hire they don't care they hire any and every body. They do not value their employees. I can go on and about this company policies and horrible ethical practices but I urge anyone with common sense STAY AWAY FROM ARJAY

Pros

If you're interested in making little money with no cares in how you'd like your managers to treat you, or have no morals for yourself, please apply.

Cons

Any positive reviews from this company on Glassdoor is from management. They do not care about their employees whatsoever. It's mandatory that you work 6 days a week but still receive part time benefits. On your off days, you will have to still come to a mandatory store meeting of it falls on your day off. Most of the time it won't be at the actual store you work and they will not reimburse you for travel time. Full-time hours part time pay. They slide in more & more activities to do and make you cold call customers to get them into the store. Even late nights and Sunday's. It's future less and any positive review about this company on Glassdoor is made by management. By far the worst company to work for. They constantly monitor the cameras at their headquarters and call the store if you're just standing around even when there's no customers in the store. Company shows favortism and there's a lot of employee/manager relationships.

Pros

The co-workers and manager of store is great...

Cons

This is by far the worst job I have ever worked for. The upper management don't care about the employees. I know so many people who left this job in the matter of months. They lie about a lot of things. The quota sucks and not many people come inside the store during the month to make the quota. It's basically impossible for everyone to hit quota. They get upset when we don't get sales in a day because no customer came in the store. They are very unorganized. And the PAY SUCKS
