The staff I worked with were all lovely and easy to get along with Good teamwork - people generally willing to help each other Good senior and middle leadership in technology Clean modern office if a bit bland Great opportunities to work with a range of technologies Interdepartmental relationships are generally positive
Cons
Lack of focus on training and development There's access to a few online learning platforms but no time dedicated specifically to using them Business leadership ultra conservative on mask and vaccine policies months after the government guidance was relaxed Flexible working policy isn't overly flexible but at least technology is more relaxed
