Pros

There are people in this company that really do care and they are in a position to make changes. The company has some great events that help bring everyone together. Key players of this company really believe that employees are valuable assets and treat you like a human being. The health insurance is fantastic, it's pre-"affordable care act" quality insurance.

Cons

Pay is significantly below median wages. There is a lot of sub-consulting and your experience is dependent on the client you have. There isn't much support for the home office. If you need something be prepared to pester your manager for a week or two to get a response. You will be entry level for 3-5 years. There is no raise schedule, you will get inflation adjustments but no raises. Training is handled mostly on the client side. There is little to no training in house.

Pros

TRG is an exceptionally run company. From the larger aspects of being a diverse DBE/MBE certified firm, down to the nitty gritty administrative details, the team works as a well-oiled machine. The company is growing quickly, which only validates the hard work everyone puts in on a daily basis. Everyone does their part but will also lend a hand to anyone who needs it. There's a level of trust that you don't often find at work.

Cons

The majority of staff members are in the field, with only a small handful in the office. Not knowing half the staff is an adjustment, but company get togethers help.

Pros

- Good Management Team. - They do care about your development and support your professional growth.

Cons

- Certain individuals were toxic. They would throw you under the bus for no good reason. Admonish in public and apologies in private. I think they got rid of them but there is a chance that there might be other individuals. The management needs to weed out such managers.
