Pros
It's a a steady and stable job, as long as you show up and do the bare minimum you're set for stability but it's better if you're motivated to be self sufficient as one of the better things about this job is that you operate autonomously for the most part. Probably the most beneficial part of this job is that they will help you get your guard card as a lot of places won't.
Cons
This job has a high turn over rate as most of the staffing is for overnight positions and while you can operate on your own you are on your own physically five days a week about 39 1/4 hours a week. Further Promotions come EXTREMELY slowly and if you want to be recognized you have to lobby aggressively for it in the interview process. While on the promotion track Archon was extremely disorganized as I observed them make a rank and take said rank away from every twice during my time, but they left the pay in place.
