      Great pay, great team, but unpredictable.

      Pros

      ArborXR is an exciting company to work for. They pay well. The leadership is accessible.

      Cons

      The frontend has too much custom code. There is little structure for communication between PMs, Leads, and Engineers. And, worst of all more than once they have had unexpected lay-offs. If you take a position here, don't bet too much on staying for many years.

      - Everyones remote which comes with some cons. Miss some face to face time with co-workers

      Pros

      - Brilliant team - Fully remote - Wise management - Industry leader - Unlimited Time Off - Work in the interesting tech-field of VR Just things to consider when applying. Unlimited Time Off is something to get used to if you are coming from a different PTO rule set. ArborXR is one of the companies that do it correctly, and encourage a healthy work/life balance. Just ask if you have any concerns.

      - I have not come across any cons yet. I hope to not sound naïve. ArborXR just does so many things right. The "cons" input field is required, so I cannot leave it blank.
