one free meal during shift. No lifting or transferring clients.
Cons
Executive director sometimes talks to employees disrespectfully as well as micro manages employees. No matter what employees are "wrong" and are reprimanded. Executive director frequently changes rules and doesn't clearly inform all employees and then gets confrontational when employees are not preforming task a certain way. Rotating schedule, so its hard to have a home life. New employees are hired at a higher wage than existing ones. No raises unless your promoted to med-aid. Anytime hr or the executive manager walk into break room they question anyone in there.
