      None that I can think of.

      Cons

      Former plant operator for 2 years. I highly recommend avoiding this company, the safety culture is non existent. Working with large quantities of hazardous, flammable and cancerous chemicals is the norm. They do not appreciate their staff, they churn through graduates like they are expendable. Only accept this job if you are absolutely desperate .

      high starting salary for a graduate - you pay with your life lol

      you will be worked hard and shifts only work for a small amount of people. They hire overqualified degree educated people to do manual labour and are confused at why no-one stays more than 2 years,
