      Pros

      I seriously like the atmosphere, the people and the clients. The benefit of getting such a big in-store credit is also very nice. Extremely flexible scheduling.

      Cons

      Salary isn't very competitive and a single person is in charge of scheduling for the whole staff. This let's a lot of information slip through the cracks and going to talk to the boss in charge for the schedule happens more than I'd like.
