      Remote friendly Flexible working hours Capable people who care about their staff Super friendly and welcoming and great atmosphere to work in

      Cons

      Office space can get crowded on office days New joiners onboarding needs to be improved Needs more internal work available for when you are on the bench Needs more variety of projects Career progression needs to be better defined These are things that they are actively improving on as this is still a new company and they are always open to feedback
