If you don't have big dreams that is a an amazing place to work for. If you are fresh out of college that's an amazing place to work for. Else, just don't
Cons
The pay sucks. Badly! paternity leave is only 5 days. There is some kind of passive aggressive micromanagement going on and everyone is fake happy. They spend money on stupid stuff like buying engineers personalized dark chocolate instead of giving meaningful raises. they want you to be in the office when you have absolutely no work to do. and when you charge to general overhead they are not happy.
Friendly, training focused work environment. When there's good work available, there's a focus on building skills that make you more valuable as an engineer. Management is understanding as well, sometimes they ask for extra hours but mostly they promote work life balance.
Cons
You don't have a lot of control of the work you do and sometimes can get stuck doing thankless tasks that lead to a vicious cycle of doing less interesting less engaging work.
