      1)you can learn how to survive with politics. if you handle this culture then you can handle any type of worst working culture. 2) best place to learn politics 3) you can be specialized in any domain in 2 working days

      Cons

      1) They will not provide any client side benefits 2) No logic behind increments 3) Company will not provide you proper documentation at the time of leaving 4) No proper intimation before client side project visit( one day before you will get call and tell you, teko jana padega) 5) No proper training plans 6) No proper guidance during projects 7) Excel sheet documentation is more imp than actual work 8) No working hour limits, you have to work for 24*7 because they are giving you money 9) you have to work on weekends 10) company should me more prior than family if you work in this company 11) do not ask for salary and PF details while leaving company(they will give you 100 reasons why it should not be given)

      You will get reimbursement of travelling and all.

      Cons

      Worst working environment where employees treated as a machine. No care of employee health. Seniors ask junior to work every Saturday and Sunday and if any issue comes senior does not take any responsibility. Even senior technical skills are less than poor. If anyone do mistakes then CEO call that person and add multiple people on call and use abusive words and take moral down employee. No appreciation at all. It doesn't matter how you perform you will get less increment as per Engineer Salary. About Politics I have no words how internal guys do politics even CEO and Directors of Pune and Mumbai are involve in politics. Director ate tabacco in office in front of male and female employees. Senior have other golden rules where they do not come to the office. CEO not follow the commitment. About exit process after service notice period employer not provide any experience letter and say we have 2 years of Bond and 3 month notice period.

      The company has a clause that they present during the notice period or when an employee is about to leave. It states that the employee is not allowed to join any of the organization's customers after exit. The customer list is extremely broad and includes large companies such as AWS, TCS, Infosys, and Accenture, making it practically restrictive for future employment. If the employee refuses to sign this clause, the company withholds critical exit documents such as the relieving email and experience letter.
