Thanks for sharing your feedback! We're glad Appier is overall an environment you enjoy working in. However, we're sorry to hear you are consistently working overtime, we certainly encourage you to speak to your manager or HR about your workload and what might be required to even it out. We know that as a growing company, we do require the Appier team to keep up with a fast pace and we are grateful to all the Appiers who have gone above and beyond to help us continue to achieve our goals. That said, we also know it's important that everyone has an opportunity to rest and recharge so that they can bring their best selves to work. In terms of joining Appier as a young person, you may be referring to the energy that many of our staffers bring to work. We're pleased to have great talents who are both at the beginning of their careers, and who have more years of experience under their belts. We welcome diverse backgrounds and levels of experience- youth is a not a pre-requisite, we just look for ambitious people who wish to make a diffference with AI.
