      Pros

      Product (Leader in the space according to Forrester). Leadership is very intelligent and goal driven. Work life balance is like no other place I have ever worked.

      Nothing really to speak of.

      Pros

      The CEO of the company has a strong CS and engineering background and is more familiar with the codebase than anyone else. Great startup culture!

      Cons

      The company is growing fast so I'm concerned about an unintended culture shift caused by heavy influx of new employees. With that said, so far I'm happy with what I've observed from the hiring process.
