The product is behind the competition, and the wishful thinking of merging a more feature-rich solution to the current offering has so many shortcomings that after many years, it is still not ready for prime time. The lack of resources is making new customer acquisition impossible in a market with many DAP options that have more exciting potential. Churn is a challenge that this company can’t get a hold of, and it’s not improving. Reducing costs by reducing headcount is not a surprise in any organisation to show a positive cash flow, and at AppLearn, it has become a regular tradition. Incompetent leadership who bring no value to the business will steer this ship right into the ground. The ship is sinking, and the writing has been on the wall for a while. A short-term mindset with no vision to grow, where the strategy is to change every time the wind blows, and expecting immediate results will never work.
