      Great place to work!

      Pros

      Apollo was still a fairly small company when I left, but everyone there is great. The management there is great, and provides a lot of support. I would not be where I am today without the two guys who own Apollo Technical. The compensation structure is also very good. There are a lot of incentives to achieve one's goals and the help from management to get there.

      Cons

      I do not have any negative comments to express. I left for career advancement only. Some of the benefits could have been better while I was at Apollo Technical, but it is my understanding that those things are in place now.

      Pros

      There are no pros to working here.

      Cons

      Horrible place to work. They are the definition of micro management. You don't get praised for good work and are expected to stay late each day. Don't expect to leave any minute earlier than 5. The pay is horrible and I hope they have increased the base pay since I have worked there. Turnover is terrible here and there's probably only about 5 people who work here total. You only get 2 weeks of vacation and are guilted when you try to take time off.
