      Pros

      Stable salary package and everything else that comes with the usual MNC company.

      Cons

      Toxic working culture, people tend to push the blame and responsibility to someone else and that someone else is usually the lowest ranking in office. No training given and expects you to know everything. HR also picks on people to bully. No work life balance as sometimes you are required to work at 11 pm if your boss suddenly asks you for yearly figures at night.

      - Great customer service manager in the Palm Oil division, providing great platform to navigate between team members and other traders by YOURSELF - a good platform for new joiners to learn independence and ways to handle workplace conflict without the involvement of management

      Cons

      - lovely manager will give you a very good merit for those who shine within the department during performance review, creating a good role model within the team - special increment and bonus for team member that have approval from the manager - workplace dress code messy, skirts are too short, spoiling the sight as colleague accidentally exposed their colour
